Stylist Live

I led the creative direction of Stylist Live 2018, working across branding, production, print, digital and exhibition design.

Branding

In 2018 Stylist Live returned to Olympia, London, bringing everything that readers love about Stylist magazine to life across a weekend of empowerment, entertainment and influence at it’s best.

The success of Stylist Live has continued to grow every year and as such, it was vital for us to breathe a new lease of life into the design identity that would reflect the flourishing energy of the event. With this in mind, we opted for a zesty primary colour for this year’s branding that mirrored the bright, fun and spirited atmosphere that returns to Olympia year on year. In addition we incorporated busy patterns, using lines and dots as a key theme to add to the playfulness of the design. This design element was rolled out across all elements of the event design, from stage design through to signage (see below).

The marketing surrounding Stylist Live was a huge task in support of the event, with weekly deadlines for print, email and social. Below I have a shown a few snapshots of key marketing design works that I designed throughout the build-up to the event, ranging from printed tube ads, digital home-page takeovers, to print pages within Stylist magazine.
